WHERE DO I PICK UP MY WRISTBANDS FOR EACH EVENING EVENT?
Visit the Hospitality Lounge located in Great Room B & C on the second floor. You can pick them up there each day.

HOW DO I GET MY SXSW BADGE TO ATTEND THE EVENT?
You will receive an email with instructions and a link to register for your badge. You will have to pick up your badge when you arrive in Austin; those instructions will be provided to you when you visit the JBL Hospitality Lounge at the W Hotel.
ARE MEALS PROVIDED?
Brunch will be served daily in the JBL Hospitality Lounge, with snacks and lite bites available in the afternoon.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR SXSW SESSIONS?
Each badge allows you to reserve sessions, screenings, and showcases. Music Badge holders may reserve two sessions per day. To book, click the SXSW Schedule tab, log in with your badge credentials, and select your session. Walkâup lines will also be available for all sessions.
